History
The San Francisco chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants was chartered in 1921.
Each year the national IMA gives each of its 216 chapters a ranking based on achievement of strategic goals such as increased membership, newly-designated CMAs, and chapter-sponsored activities. Banners are awarded to the highest achieving chapters each year. Below is a list of past SFIMA chapter presidents by year, the chapter's ranking that year, and if the chapter earned an IMA achievement banner.
